Our album cover is a police photo from the 1930’s that is believed to be a room where illegal abortions were performed.

We believe that if you have a body that creates life, you have a right to create your destiny.
And beyond that, every human being has a right to create their destiny.
This is what happens when those rights are ignored, when *human* rights are ignored, due to a system that is rooted in misogyny, greed, bigotry, hate, stealing, corruption, white supremacy, the list goes on.
We hope that when you listen to this album you don’t just hear our message, but you feel it too. Maybe you think about something in a different way. Maybe you get the courage to have a difficult conversation with someone who has different views than you. Maybe you feel like you can create some change, so you do.
