Watching my staff step into leadership has been one of my proudest moments as a founder. Ya’ll don’t just teach choreo — you push your students to do more while still creating a nurturing environment. To me that balance of discipline and warmth is what DFD is all about.
Building leaders through dance isn’t just something we do for our students, its something we get to cultivate in ourselves - me included. Running this business has taught me so much about who I am and who I can be. I was always terrible at delegating work and a total control freak, but thanks to you guys I have become more comfortable letting go and trusting that everyone will do their job well. Thank you for proving that to be true. 🤍🧿
