It’s tough to face certain subjects that have shaped our lives one way or another.
In our positions, we are lucky being able to express feelings and stories through a very powerful means: films.
Marco (director) and Emilio (composer) during a typical friendly lunch came up with a new personal project.
Marco was working on a script about a story that had shaken him, touched his heart.
Emilio on his side was crafting a music album based on the same thoughts and concepts of Marco’ script. Emilio shared his album with Marco, who got home and started listening to it. When he stumbled upon “A shared sense of loss”, which was already the name of one track of the album, the adventure officially began. That was the genesis of this project.
Born from a talk, from human relationship.
From the absolute need of telling stories, together.

This year I had the chance to portray the region I come from and, I’m not gonna lie, felt quite emotional.
Together with @davide_diamanti and @devidfichera we went to the same high school, in our little hometown, sharing the same dreams and aspirations since day0.
I’m proud to share the new postcard of @regioneliguria screened for the first time at @sanremorai and crafted together just like time stood still 🫶🏻
