Power Corruption and Lies T - originally taken from Henri Fantin-Latour’s painting from 1890 A Basket of Roses that Peter Saville later appropriated for the iconic album cover Power Corruption and Lies by New Order, 1983
Saville explained that the flowers “suggested the means by which power, corruption and lies infiltrate our lives. They’re seductive.”
