this album is the result of years of progress with my friend bell square. we set out to make new age world music inspired by the likes of kitaro and hiroshi yoshimura. bright, optimistic, and global - morphed by the dissociative and modern sensibilities of vaporwave.
we searched wide for unique kontakt instruments, forgotten plugins, and ways to digitally emulate the sounds of unique instruments, such as the morin khurr, daduk, and guzheng. the arrangements are set amongst spatial field and animal recordings that aim to transport the listener into a futuristic landscape of serene escapism.
