Happy to share that I will be guiding a 5 day Living In Wisdom Retreat this Summer at The Omega Institute for Holistic Studies. 🌀❤️🔥
Last year I released Living in Wisdom, a book devoted to embodying your authentic self, embracing grief, and developing self-mastery.
This year, we are stepping into that work together, in practice.
This retreat is a potent container to devote real time to your inner life. It moves the work off the page and into your real life.
Healing grief and embracing joy are integral parts of the human experience.
Together, we will build a sustainable daily practice that helps you deepen your relationship with yourself and your life.
This work rests on the practices we will be living together. Through daily meditation, movement, breathwork, community sharing, deep reflection, creative exploration, and intentional rest, you will not only strengthen your discipline but also create space to envision what is next and align your life accordingly.
You will return home with tools and practices that support you through grief, joy, and the daily rhythms of your life, more grounded in your boundaries, integrity and self-care.

I cannot wait to share this space with you. 🌀❤️
A Practice supports your relationship with yourself and it supports your human experience.
The point is not mastery over night because your pratice evolves as you evolve. It really is exciting work.
My practice is a devoted relationship that I am honestly honoured to be apart of.
That is what is waiting for you on the other side of showing up.

What if self-care wasn’t something you had to figure out… but something you grew into?
In this episode on the It Takes A Village podcast with @delinamedhin , Devi Brown @devibrown reflects on how self-care evolves.
She shares how, in the beginning, it can feel unfamiliar to tend to yourself, especially if you weren’t taught how. But with time, intention, and consistency, it becomes less about effort and more about awareness.

Emotional intelligence and emotional maturity are not the same thing.
This distinction is everything.
It’s the difference between something sounding good, and actually feeling good.
You can have high emotional intelligence and still be manipulative. Still be avoidant. Still be unable to repair after conflict.
Still be inconsistent, self-serving, unable to sustain healthy relationships.
Just because someone is using the language does not mean they are living it.
Knowledge without integration is just sophisticated self-deception.

CALLING ALL THOSE READY TO LIVE THEIR WISDOM 🌀❤️🔥
Space is filling. July is closer than you think. And this is your sign.
This summer I am leading a 5-day Living in Wisdom retreat at The Omega Institute for Holistic Studies nestled on 190 acres in Rhinebeck, NY. A sprawling green oasis where you will have nothing to do but Frolic, Heal, Practice and come back to yourself.
There is something that becomes potently possible in a room full of people who are all choosing themselves at the same time. I have seen it change people. I have felt it change me.
This retreat is intentionally priced to be accessible. Tuition is on a sliding scale and Omega offers lodging options at every price point. From tent cabins to private rooms, so there is truly something for every budget.
5 days. Daily meditation, breathwork, movement, deep reflection, creative exploration, and intentional rest. You will leave more grounded in your boundaries, your values and your self-care than you have ever been.
Tag 3 people who you know need this as much as you do. ❤️🔥
SUMMIT — Day 2
Devi Brown 🙏🌎✨ @devibrown
Your presence brought something truly special to the Sacred Sons Summit.
The dialogue you led around integrity in spiritual spaces and leadership drew the entire room into deeper connection- honest, direct, and exactly what this community needed to hear.
The questions you brought to Sacred Sons leadership were thoughtful, courageous, and created real space for an authentic conversation.
This was one of the highlights of the Summit. One of those talks that shifts your perspective and stays with you.
Thank you, Devi. 🙏

Love our new set! 😭👅🥳
Season 5! Wew, so much intention went into this. From the earthy color palette, to the limewash forrest green walls, the terracotta, the dark browns, the crystals, the symbols, the textures. 🤤
My muses peaking out…Frida, Pac, James, myself, my Mom ❤️🔥
Season 5 has been feeling so in flow.
We are only a handful of episodes into the new season (Nedra, Marc Brackett and Dr. Taz to list a few) and I have been really enjoying the feeling this space brings to the show!
