@devecchiobakery - Norwich City ☕🥐 My bakery addiction meant I was the first ever customer through the door at Devecchio when they opened last year - and yesterday I was back again, first in line, grabbing treats for both halves of Cup of Norfolk. In our opinion, this is the best bakery in Norwich right now, and they’ve only gone from strength to strength. Our (slightly outrageous) order: 🍫 Choc chip monkey bread 🧀 Butternut squash & goats cheese Danish 🍯 Japanese-style toffee bread 🍫 Chocolate hazelnut pan suisse 🌶️ Nduja & fennel pinwheel 🐣 Easter chocolate cruffin ☕ Flat white Everything was remarkable. The pan suisse in particular - both in design and flavour - is right up there with some of the best we’ve had. The Japanese-style bread was something completely different and took us straight back to one of our favourite islands in the Pacific. With the Good Food Guide Top 50 Bakeries recently announced, we genuinely believe Devecchio have what it takes to be in that conversation in the future - we are talking next level pastry business 🍰🥐☕ Keep it up.
