This late May, settle into wellbeing by the Andaman coast.
Days of yoga, mindfulness, and art that nourish — therapeutic yoga led by Jonas Westring, kintsugi, food as medicine, an aqua sound bath, and a sound bath beneath the Vesak full moon. Each one an invitation to slow down, tune in, and return to yourself.
Wellfulness — a practice that brings together wellness and mindfulness.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 continues Sol Circle — an immersive retreat focused on one wellness theme at a time. This edition turns to wellfulness: the body at ease and the mind fully present, in the same moment.
Come for the whole week, or just a couple of nights. Guests are welcome to follow the full programme or explore at their own pace.
Alongside, an afternoon of kintsugi — the mindful art of mending broken ceramic with gold. Meals at TAKOLA composed in the อาหารเป็นยา (Thai Food as Medicine) tradition, each dish chosen as both meal and remedy. And, on the night of the Vesak full moon, a sound bath beneath the Andaman sky.
Wellness and mindfulness, held between body and mind in equal measure — amidst nature and by the sea. A space to deepen, reconnect, and reset — the quiet luxury of being well, and being fully present.

Phang Nga — One of the World’s Most Welcoming Regions
Phang Nga is a peaceful side of Thailand’s Andaman coast — a province shaped by limestone karsts, mangrove forests, and some of the country’s most protected marine parks.
The warmth here runs deep through communities that have a way of making visitors feel less like tourists and more like neighbours.
As part of this community, we are honoured to call it home.
Recently, Booking.com’s Traveller Review Awards 2026 named Phang Nga one of the Most Welcoming Regions on Earth — based on more than 370 million verified guest reviews.
Sol Circle | The Week of Eastern Philosophy
Last week Devasom Khao Lak welcomed practitioners and guests for a week shaped by the philosophies of the East.
We invited a tea master from Kyoto‘s Urasenke school and recreated a Chashitsu tea room in Khao Lak — a space to observe and learn the art of Japanese Tea Ceremony and Ikebana flower arrangements, alongside the thinking that underlies both. The Sol Circle week also included Tai Chi by the sea, meditation for beginners, and a Himalayan sound bath by the lagoon.
Chado — the Japanese way of tea — carries ichi-go ichi-e at its centre: this cup, this room, this company will not come again. Ikebana follows the same logic in a different form. It is not the arrangement of flowers — it is the arrangement of space, silence, and restraint. Wabi-sabi runs through both: nothing is polished to perfection. Everything is more beautiful for being impermanent.
This Sol Circle closes here. The next will return in a different form — as all things do.

Sun-kissed days. Salty breeze. Some places just stay with you. 🌊
Thank you, khun Pu @prayalundberg , for choosing to spend these days with us by the sea.
Chado: one of East Asia's most meditative traditions — the belief that preparing and serving tea, slowly and deliberately, is a form of meditation in itself.
This April, experience it hands-on in a workshop by the Andaman coast with Tanawat Wongchaleaw, a practitioner from Kyoto certified by the Urasenke school of tea ceremony, with over fifteen years of practice.

Water poured. Garlands woven. Drums heard from down the shore.
Songkran at Devasom Khao Lak this year was a celebration rooted in something real — ancient rituals, a table that journeyed through the flavours of Thailand, and the kind of genuine warmth that could only come from the land of smiles.
The kind of joy that stays with you long after the water dries.
