Final Notice Studios presents : C O S Y C A M P I N G - ( Act V ) In South Africa, camping was never just about tents and firewood, it was a ritual passed between generations. Grandparents gathered around crackling fires beneath the open Karoo sky, sharing stories while enamel kettles whistled in the distance. Parents carried that same spirit to coastal campsites and mountain terrains, teaching their children how to live slowly, listen to the wind, and find warmth in unfamiliar places. Today, a new generation turns camping into glamping - textured blankets, lantern light, curated meals, and fashion layered against the wilderness, yet the soul remains unchanged. Beneath every modern setup lives the memory of those who came before, proving that in South Africa, camping has always been about connection, survival, and finding home within nature. Palesa Makam @ginandjuicy_ arrived at Final Notice Studios Cost Camping just before sunset, carrying more uncertainty than luggage. The space felt unfamiliar, camping chairs placed beside sculptural fabrics, sleeping bags layered over textured rugs, lanterns glowing softly against industrial walls. It was neither wilderness nor home, but something suspended in between. For the first time in a long while, discomfort no longer felt threatening. The unusual space taught her softness, that comfort could exist in places never designed for it. Inside the surreal world of cosy camping, she discovered that home was not always a location, but a feeling created through warmth, memory, and the courage to settle into the unknown. Final Notice Studios presents : C O S Y C A M P I N G - (Act IV) What once began as simple camping trips across South Africa - packed cars, shared blankets, boiling kettles, and nights beneath open skies, slowly transformed into glamping, where comfort meets nature with style and intention. Yet beneath the luxury remains the same feeling generations carried before us: creating warmth, softness, and home in temporary spaces under the stars. Iris @iris_infocus_ moved through the Final Notice cosy camping terrain like she was walking through a dream she almost remembered. The landscape felt surreal, endless open fields, wind moving through inflated structures, blankets hanging from the side of an old VW bus like soft sculptures against the sky. Nothing felt permanent, yet everything carried warmth. Wrapped in oversized layers and textured fabrics, Iris wandered slowly through the campsite, finding comfort in the unfamiliar. Her silhouette moved gently against the cold terrain while glossy garments reflected fragments of fading sunlight. The environment around her felt cinematic and strange, but she never appeared afraid of it. Instead, she softened into it. She sat quietly beside a lantern glowing against the evening air, wrapped blankets around her shoulders, and listened to the distant sounds of nature moving through the darkness. The campsite became less about survival and more about emotional shelter, a temporary world built from softness, memory, and stillness. In the Final Notice Studio universe, Iris transforms displacement into beauty. Finding warmth within surreal surroundings. Finding home within the feeling itself. Final Notice Studios presents : C O S Y C A M P I N G - (Act iii) Camping shaped the way we live by teaching generations how to create comfort from simplicity. Long before modern luxury, people learned how to build warmth in temporary spaces - cooking outdoors, sharing small spaces, living closely with nature, and turning almost nothing into home. It showed us that home was never only a structure, it was the people, the rituals, and the feeling created around us. Jordan Williams @jordie_sure arrived at the campsite dressed like colour against silence. His bright jacket moved through the cold South African wind like a signal flare, bold against muted earth tones and endless open land. The textured trousers carried dust along their seams, collecting pieces of the journey with every step he took around the unfamiliar landscape. Camping had never been about perfection. It was about adapting. Finding comfort inside unfamiliar surroundings. Jordan Williams made the temporary feel like home. Final Notice Studios presents : C O S Y C A M P I N G - ( Act ii.) Camping shaped generations through memory, moment, and togetherness. Long before aesthetics, families built warmth in temporary spaces. Under open skies, beside fold out chairs, inside parked cars and tents filled with laughter. It taught generations how to create home wherever they arrived, turning nature into a living room and survival into softness. Hidir Larry @hidir_larry moves through the Final Notice Studio cosy camping world like a wandering memory wrapped in colour. Against empty landscapes, he becomes impossible to ignore - dressed in bold inflated silhouettes, deep cobalt blues. He navigates the colour world slowly, emotionally but never fully settled, yet completely present. While the landscape feels quiet and endless, Larry arrives with colour loud enough to create his own atmosphere. Final Notice Studios presents : “Not just Anothwr Catch” At first light, Cape Town Wakes in fragments - full cries, rope against wood, the cold bite of Atlantic air. Along the edges of Hout Bay Harbour, hands move with precision, weathered and sure. Knives flash silver, cutting clean through the morning catch - sharp, deliberate, inherited. Fishing here is not gentle. It is exact. Each line cast carries generations. Each cut tells a story. The salt lives in everything - in the nets, in the skin, in the silence between men who don’t need to speak. There’s a rhythm to it: pull, slice l, rinse, repeat. Sharp work, honest work. This is heritage not framed on glass, but carried in muscle memory - where the edge of the hook meets the edge of the sea . Final Notice Studios presents : -The Phone Booth- “Romance Edition” “Back in the day in South Africa, before WhatsApp calls and unlimited airtime, the public phone booth was part of every love story. Couples would save up coins all week just to make one call. You’d find people standing in long queues outside the booth at night, rehearsing what they wanted to say before their turn came. The moment the phone rang on the other side, everything else disappeared. Conversations were short because every second cost money, but somehow those few minutes meant everything. Long-distance relationships survived through crackling lines and rushed ‘I love yous.’ The phone booth wasn’t just a place to make calls — it was where apologies were made, relationships started, and hearts stayed connected across townships, cities, and provinces. A small glass box carrying some of South Africa’s biggest love stories.” ☎️❤️🇿🇦 Designer, Creative Director & Stylist : @shaq_styles Models : @natebalie & @surayar0sesantos Art Director : @sumayawic Props Master : @devanscreation Art Assist : @mi__vallie Photographer: Thekiso Mokhele Lighting Tech : @welcomephera Hair & Make Up : @enriquefouriemakeupandhair Props by : @taybasprops #fashion #stories #phonebooth #design #editorial

Final Notice Studios presents : The Red Theory.. The envelope arrives quietly, but the red is loud. It sits on the table like a warning light - thick letters stamped across the front: FINAL NOTICE. The color bleeds into the room, into the walls, into the back of your mind. Red isn’t just ink anymore. It’s pressure. It’s the slow tightening of time. Your stare at it longer than you should. The red feels heavy, like heat rising off pavement, like siren without sound. Every second stretches. Every thought turns the same shade. A final notice doesn’t shout. It simply waits in red. Knowing you’ll feel it before you even open it. Final Notice Studios presents : - The Phone Booth - In the 70s, 80s and 90s, the South African phone booth wasn’t just street furniture - it was infrastructure for survival. By the 90s, as the country stepped into democracy, the booth stood quietly on the pavement - unchanged, but witnessing everything. Inside that narrow frame, futures shifted. A job was secured. A mother was reassured. A relationship began. Another ended. Before blue ticks. Connection required REAL effort and because of that - it meant everything. Final Notice studios presents: The “Walkman” didn’t just play music in South Africa - it carried a generation through silence, resistance, and rhythm. In the late 70s and 80s, as the apartheid tightened its grip, the Walkman became a private escape - headphones on, the outside world muted, inner worlds amplified. Imported, shared, sometimes smuggled - the Walkman moved between hands in townships and cities, soundtracking everything from taxi rides to long walks home. It shifted how South Africa experienced music: no longer communal only, but deeply personal - your tape, your story , your moment. By the 90s, as democracy dawned, the Walkman scored a new freedom - kwaito beats, house rhythms, and global sounds bleeding into a new identity. Before streaming, before smartphones - there was rewind, fast-forward l, and the click of play.
