Sometimes the life lessons you need for your big assignments are hidden in your hobbies, side quests, and passion projects. My latest reminder about leadership came from these daggone chickens.

When I decided to get chickens, I was worried about the neighborhood wildlife wreaking havoc on the flock. Little did I know, the biggest terror would come from inside the coop.
After just a couple weeks, I’ve decided to let her go. But since so many of y’all have been weighing in, she’s earned one last post to show how we got here.
Sexyy arrived with the others. With humans, she’s distant and skittish. We actually felt bad for her at first.
Then the cameras went up.
Sexyy Red was terrorizing the flock at night, forcing other chickens to sleep on the floor.
Day and night, Sexyy stays choosing violence.
The day she escaped the coop and ran away, I didn’t mind. I figured I’d let the wild do its thing.
But Sexyy came back with the quickness. Turns out… she’s not built for that life. She prefers life inside the coop, where she can keep bullying the flock.
Some of you said to cook her, some said find her a new home, & some, like her human mama, developed a soft spot for her & want her to stay. We’ve got about 24 hours to make a final decision. But also, if anyone wants a chicken & a fresh egg laid daily, she’s all yours
Creators aren’t an add-on anymore. They are the strategy.
They are no longer just talent.

They are studios.
They are businesses.
To us, the next phase is clear: build the infrastructure that allows creators to create, distribute, and scale in one system.
That’s the unlock.
