Wonder Man was shot at over 75 locations across LA county. Every frame, costume, stunt, and effect was carefully crafted for you by 1,484 crew members in Los Angeles.
So lucky to have been able to work along side this stellar crew, and can’t wait to shoot something else in this beautiful city.
Thanks for watching #wonderman!
Eric Fahy / Gaffer
The gaffer is responsible for the lighting department and helps the cinematographer express mood through lighting. Eric is a lighting mixologist, using every trick up his sleeve to take a light source and bounce, filter, soften, color, block, reflect or brighten it until he finds the perfect blend for the scene. He also always has the coolest fit on set.
“I was literally raised in a barn in a small town. I watched movies and television and behind the scenes whenever I could. I never once thought working on a set was even a possibility. Hollywood might as well have been on another planet. Wonder Man captures what it’s like to pass as nonchalant(read: chill), but with a secret. The secret is that you give 1000% because you secretly love what you do and the weirdos you get to do it with. Wonder Man, for so many reasons, means more to me than I thought a ‘job’ ever could.”

Meet our Stand-Ins!
Lenny Ciacci Jr (stand-in for Sir Ben Kingsley)
Aubrey “Freedom” Bridgwater (Stand-in for Yahya Abdul-Mateen II)
Marlon Sanders (Stand-in for Yahya Abdul-Mateen II)
Our stand-ins pay close attention to everything their actor is doing, and are able to copy those movements while our crew lights the set. They take notes given to them during 2nd team rehearsals, and relay those to the 1st team. They’re focused, present, and committed to making sure everything is ready for their actors to step into a scene.
Lenny Ciacci Jr:
“From the very beginning, I felt like a true part of this project - something that is not always the case for my role. I felt like my input mattered and was appreciated. I’m a full time stand-in and don’t use an agent, so all my work comes from connections I make on the job - something that can be stressful to manage, but I’ve loved every minute of this experience so much.”
