UK-based hardcore band @desolatedinc have just wrapped up their European tour, where @richyunsworth put the Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s and Gibson Victory through their paces. Here’s what he had to say:
“I saved up and bought my first Les Paul when I was a kid, being able to play these guitars 20 years later feels like a pretty full circle moment, I still get the same excitement now as I did then.
Gibson guitars are completely unmatched, I've been using the 50's les Paul and the Victory on this tour and they both feel absolutely amazing, I tune them down to drop g# with 72 gauge strings and they absolutely crush. The Tone and resonance you get from a Gibson is like no other, pair it with a mesa boogie badlander and you'll have enough low end to make the walls shake.”
