直到 2026 年 3 月 14 日，蠻秋咖啡 @manchill_roasteria 誕生。
同樣的技術，同樣的堅持，在一個更適合被理解的場域裡。
開幕後的第一週，拔絲可頌，瞬間爆紅。
我們才明白，有些作品，不是時機未到，
而是，需要一個對的舞台。
2025, we created the world’s first “Candied Croissant” at Desolate Coffee.
A pastry that redefined texture, structure, and experience something we truly believed in,but at the time, it remained quietly unnoticed.
Until March 14, 2026, when Manchill Roasteria was born.
With the same craft and dedication,placed in a space where it could finally be understood.
Within a week of opening, the Candied Croissant went viral.
That’s when we realized some creations don’t fail,
they simply wait for the right stage.
