Believe it or not, the photo on the left was taken after my very first “intentional” bulk phase 🙃, while the one on the right shows the results from a disciplined 12-week cut. A huge shoutout to my trainer @activeagentatx for the perfect blend of workouts and nutrition plans that got me to this point! 🏋🏾♂️
🔥 What I Learned:
— Zone 2 fasted cardio 3-5x a week: Game-changer for fat loss, without impacting my evening lifting sessions 💪
— Prioritizing sleep and establishing a nightly routine is critical 🌙
— Eliminating alcohol for the last 6 weeks of the cut dramatically enhanced my recovery, energy levels, and overall transformation results 🚫🍺

Eight months of hard work paid off, from hitting a 500-pound squat to reaching my leanest physique.
Last fall, I set a goal to build more muscle and commit to my bulk with the same focus I bring to a summer cut. My coach, @activeagentatx , built a plan and helped me stay consistent.
I hit lifetime PRs during my bulk and held on to most of my strength through the cut. Right now, I feel the strongest and most confident I’ve ever felt in my body.
