Honored with the Gold Award at the 2025 Iconic Design Awards by @iconiclifemag , Exeter tells a story of balance between heritage and modernity.
Located in the heart of Arcadia Proper, Exeter stands as a sophisticated expression of tradition reimagined for the future. Classical form meets minimalist restraint, creating a home that feels stately, elegant, and distinctly modern.
Its twin-gabled façade establishes a powerful yet balanced presence. A palette of white plaster, soft travertine, and mixed metal detailing grounds the architecture in timeless simplicity while introducing a quiet modern edge. The result is a composition that bridges heritage and forward thinking with effortless precision.
The rear elevation continues the story. Expansive pocketing doors open to dual covered patios designed for connection, complete with see-through fireplaces, an indoor-outdoor bar, and a full exterior kitchen. The pool anchors the architecture, reflecting light and line while terraced gardens and a winding stair descend to a walk-out basement and wellness retreat with a cold plunge and water feature.
Crisp materials, balanced geometry, and thoughtful restraint define Exeter. It is a residence where elegance meets innovation, and where timeless design finds its modern voice.

We’re thrilled to share that our Exeter residence received the Gold Award at the 2025 Iconic Design Awards hosted by @iconiclifemag . A study in traditional elegance and contemporary refinement, Exeter blends sculptural form with timeless materiality to create a home that feels both bold and enduring.
In the great room, light moves across sculpted plaster and warm oak. A sweeping staircase rises with grace while a monumental fireplace stands in quiet strength. Glass walls dissolve into the outdoors, where architecture meets air and shadow.
The kitchen and dining spaces continue the rhythm. Travertine, oak, and marble define the palette. Dual islands and a glass wine room set the stage for gathering, while a marble fireplace brings warmth and depth to every moment.
The primary suite is calm and cinematic, with a marble vanity, freestanding tub, and walls of glass that open to a private spa terrace surrounded by greenery.
Below, a 3,000-square-foot entertainment level waits in quiet anticipation. A theater, bar, wine room, and wellness suite create a world dedicated to experience and retreat.
Exeter is architecture in motion, where light, material, and emotion converge into something timeless.

Our Cortez Rd residence is conceived as a series of stone and plaster volumes where the dry-stacked stone walls, both architectural and site, serve as a privatization mechanism for the property. They frame the motor court and a front courtyard that creates a formal entry sequence into the home, with a warm wood door and walls of glass marking the point where the sequence ends and the interior begins. Terracotta rooflines and rough-cut stone ground the home in its desert surroundings while the horizontal planes and floor to ceiling glass keep it firmly contemporary.
The main living areas of our Vanquish residence are organized around a double height space anchored by a full height wood fireplace wall and a sculptural lighting installation that spans the ceiling above it. A floating travertine staircase rises alongside it, with an open kitchen finished in the same stone. Warm wood and travertine run throughout, giving a space of this scale an unexpected warmth and texture.

Our 65th Pl residence draws on Mediterranean references, the symmetry, the pale stone, the terracotta roof, and reinterprets them through a contemporary lens. The formal arrival gives way to an expansive outdoor living space at the rear, where stone columns, a warm wood ceiling, and a pool anchored by a cascading water feature create something that feels timeless.

The entry to our Vanquish residence is organized around a concrete blade wall that divides the motor court from the front entry, with an opening cut through it framing a sculpture beyond. Warm wood, natural stone, and horizontal rooflines carry through from the street to the glass-enclosed car gallery allowing the car collection to be on full display while the home itself stays private and grounded.

The pool at our Cottontail residence runs the length of the home, sitting at the edge of the site where the desert hillside drops away to the valley below. It creates a visual connection between the separate living pavilions while the glass railings keep the views unobstructed from every angle.

Our Cottontail residence rests on a hillside in Cave Creek. Conceived as a series of interconnected volumes each with an outdoor terrace, the residence steps down from the main living area to the pool terrace below. The plaster volumes appear to float and project outward from the hillside, each framing the desert and mountain views beyond so that the landscape is always in view.

One of the things we think about most on every project is how the home transitions between the interior and exterior. At our 65th St residence, the covered outdoor living space sits directly off the main living areas, with stone columns, a warm wood ceiling, and a fireplace that make it feel just as finished as any room inside. The goal was for there to be no real boundary between the two spaces, but instead just a gradual shift from one to the other.

The interiors of our 65th St residence are warm and open, with wood ceilings, pale stone, and a palette that stays quiet enough to let the light do the work. The living spaces flow directly into the covered outdoor areas, with sheer curtains and walls of glass keeping the landscape present in every room. It feels like the inside and outside were designed as one space rather than two.

Our 65th St residence is centered around two courtyards and the idea that every part of the home, from the street to the back of the property, should feel equally considered. A formal arrival with a linear water feature and mature olive trees gives way to an expansive outdoor living space at the rear, anchored by a pool, fire feature, and covered seating areas on either side. Creating a cohesive feeling throughout the experience.

The rear of our 65th St residence is anchored by a covered outdoor living space that spans over the pool framed by stone columns and a warm wood ceiling. A fire feature and pool sit at the center of it, with the landscape wrapping around on all sides. Every part of it was designed to feel comfortable and lived in, whether you're in the shade of the covered patio or out by the water.
