Project is a dog shelter spread across a 2-acre site. The design intent was to make the built form behave like gentle hills resting along the edge of the site. The structure is composed of MS (mild steel) members with sheet roofing, expressed through clean, angular lines and sloping planes that define the architectural character. The exposed steel framework adds lightness and clarity to the built form while supporting wide spans efficiently. The surrounding landscape has been shaped with grass mounds and contours to merge the built seamlessly with its natural context. The earthy colour palette of the materials allows the structure to blend effortlessly into the site fabric
