Collaborations like these remind you why you chose the path of creativity — as an architect, and more deeply, as a landscape architect.
We had the privilege of being part of the morning prayer at Hunnar Gurukul, where the synergy transcended the physical space and moved into something far more profound.
An endeavour led by Aniruddha ji Bansod, Hunnar Gurukul creates opportunities for youth from underprivileged backgrounds and troubled pasts to learn alternative construction techniques, carpentry, and hands-on skills that enable them to build dignified, self-reliant futures.
Grateful to be collaborating with this inspiring organisation on one of our ongoing projects.
PS: Stay tuned — I’ll be sharing a few more glimpses of the workshops at the Gurukul soon.
PPS: Julie also joins the prayer daily! The sound you hear in between is her making herself heard!!

We’re excited to reveal our recently completed apartment interior design project in Mumbai. This compact interior space is designed to feel more open, visually expansive, and effortless to navigate. Despite the tight layout, each space is crafted to appear notionally larger while enhancing everyday comfort. The design blends contemporary living with a touch of traditional charm, reflecting the homeowner’s personal aesthetic. Every wall, corner, and detail is thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive and expressive visual language. Presenting this finely crafted home for an ace journalist, where smart design meets soulful character.
