Real talk, I didn't build this because I had it all figured out. I built it because I kept showing up to rooms that weren't designed for women like me and I took notes. Rooms where the smartest idea in the space got credited to the loudest voice. Where preparation was expected but rarely rewarded. Where you had to earn the right to be heard every single time, no matter your track record. Where the feedback was plentiful but the doors stayed closed. Where working harder was the baseline, not the differentiator. I wasn't broken by those rooms. I was transformed by them. I learned exactly what was missing. I learned what women actually need to grow, not just professionally, but fully. And I learned that if nobody was going to build that space, I would. So I did. Designed by Sisterhood exists because women deserve a space built WITH them in mind, not as an afterthought. Not a seat at someone else's table where you have to shrink, stay quiet, or water yourself down to make others comfortable. A room where your idea lands the first time.
