This is our Powersteering fluid cooler with a built in fill neck, our revised tank designed maintains the standard DBM flagship flowing tanks with internal baffling, pressure relief port, return line ORB-8 port in the lower portion of the tank aswell as a temp probe port on the outlet side of the cooler.
This in our opinion is by far the nicest, most well designed powersteering fluid cooler with fill neck option on the market, paired with dual 4” @spal_usa fans.
We also have offered this without the fill neck and with or without fans since we started the company.

Shop is a mess but this was a fun one, @hall_fabrication came to us with an idea for the Willy’s Jeep he’s building and we both immediately saw an opportunity to build something really unique and “cool” *badum tiss* for it. Super grateful that we get to do what we do for the people who support us. Have a few more very cool projects in the finishing stages we will update next week.

This kit has a full length very large dual pass intercooler and oversized transmission cooler in front. It doesn’t get any better than this for the Raptor R platform. These are available by request only and not website listed as they require cutting into the grill structure and are not necessarily an easy DIY install. #dbmcooling #designedbymoran #dbmradiators #dbmcoolers #raptorr
RAPTOR R high clearance intercooler & transmission cooler kits received some updates.
Our raptor R kits are by far the most well built, well though out cooling packages for this platform when moving to a frame cut bumper or winch install while retaining OEM performance, or if plumbed inline with OEM intercooler a very nice performance upgrade.
