Starting tonight shorty’s smash burgers and wings will be available seven days a week at @deserthawkbar .
Launch Party is Friday, February 20th!

Tonight is the Shorty’s launch party at Desert Hawk. To help celebrate here’s a look at the Shorty’s Smashburger.
This burger, brought to life by career chef Matthew Skolarus, features a homemade garlic-giardiniera aioli, homemade bacon jam, and the most insane crispy, cheesy, crunchy, tasty, cheese skirt we’ve ever seen. Now availabe seven days a week right here at Desert Hawk.

Excited to finally share our Taylor Street Wings! If you like a good chicken parm please read on. We start with our new garlic parm wings. We then cook up a long cheese skirt just for you and top it with a homemade marinara. Then we scoop and place it gently over your wings like a nice warm blanket. The cheese skirt continues to melt over your wings as they are escorted to your table.

Recently went to @deserthawkbar for the @shortys312 residency. This shorty’s smash burger will catch your eye and your appetite. There’s is a large cheese crisp skirt on this burger, I had to eat my way into it. Also topped with bacon onion jam, giardinera aioli, and stadium sauce served on a brioche bun. Got a side of fries, ones enough for two people, served with stadium sauce, their version of a Big Mac or comeback sauce.
Also had the lemon pepper chicken wings with ranch. They were nice and crispy, loved the lemon pepper addition, little acid never hurt nobody.
Go check em out, they got a burger, beer, shot special on Mondays!
