Aahh April
- Day after my birthday party was filled with delights. Alyssa got me back by having friends hide babies all around the house. So for the following months I was still finding them randomly about the house.
- Day after my birthday party again. Proud of my floral arrangements, finished projects (dining room table here) and a clean house with Nate's help.

- Ayu Bakehouse became a regular coffee stop for us on our long morning walks exploring the neighborhoods.
- We feel in love with the Bywater and spent a few days just exploring that neighborhood
- we did one day at Jazz fest. Here we were enjoying Vampire Weekends set. Then we walked all the way to St Louis Cemetery neighborhood for dinner
- Post festival dinner at Palm & Pine. We would have never gone here but the night before we saw a girl get hit by a car on her bike (bike safety is horrible here unless your in the pedestrian friendly areas) and helped her get out of the street and got her an uber home. She worked here and told us to come in. It was one of the best dinners we had on the trip! Our bartender was named Cookie and made banging cookies (in the photo)
- Checked out Noma, we walked half of the way there and back. Elyssa, Nate's mom was with us for this part of the trip
- Dat Dog! Alligator hot dogs were delish, we went back a few times for last min lunches
March
Busy month, obviously one of my favs. A lot happened so 20 slides became a tough edit.
- Gave my front door some functional bling, with a DIY "protection" charm lock. Charms are from Toronto & Mexico.
- Nate installing "new" glass on the vestibule door. He helped me source this lovely vintage glass. Still obsessed with it and the door color, a match to my kitchen cabinets
- Best electrician ever, Evan, installing my sconces in the kitchen
- Enjoying an unusually warm morning in the backyard with Nate and Kiki
- Sunset drinks at PBC with friends, @emnaku , @jake_beresford and others
- Thrift score in San Fransisco, while I waited to pick up the photo team
- Post first day wrap at the bowling alley with the photo and styling crew in Santa Cruz
- Running around Santa Cruz location, making miracles happen and def not stressing over the treatment of an abusive boss.
- Treated myself to some great tacos in prep of a long night of extra work in Santa Cruz
- Trash found furniture that I started refurbishing
- Dinner date with @nfoxfox at MeetingHouse
- @nfoxfox being a gem with his crew and installing new stairs. The company that had done a French drain in my basement, tore out my stairs without permission. They thought I'd be fine just using a ladder for forever. Lesson in communication learned.
