Wrapped up this little cutie today! Right of the vanity used to be a closet and water heater that ate up too much of the bathroom so we demo’d that and moved toilet to that spot (not installed in photo) and installed an on-demand tankless in the garage. Then we decided to tile the whole wall because why not!
Steilacoom bathroom remodel progress- drywall done, new windows in, custom cabinet in progress, and shower walls ready for @topscountertops to install quartz panels. Moving right along!
Recently had to bring in reinforcements on an exterior project that grew beyond my manpower and schedule capacities. Trim replacement turned into a full wall rebuild, and @elementalxteriors handled it for me confidently and quickly. Love building partnerships in this industry!
