Today is an exciting day as we announce that Derron Smith has joined WIN Private Wealth as Co-Founder and COO, leading our work with professional athletes. Derron brings an experience you can’t learn from a textbook. After being drafted in the 6th round to the Cincinnati Bengals and spending 3 seasons in the NFL, he understands the unique financial pressures athletes face. The compressed earning windows, the family expectations and planning for the day those NFL checks stop. Since transitioning from his playing career, Derron has stepped in real estate and business ownership; and now helping advise the next generation. That lived experience makes him the right person to lead this part of our firm. At WIN Private Wealth, we’re building something different. A firm that understands entrepreneurs and athletes don’t fit the traditional wealth management mold. Derron’s addition strengthens our ability to serve clients who need advisors that understand their reality. 🐾 quick Wednesday update: - she is now four months - she has completed her two weeks of obedience board and train at “Real Deal Dog Training” with @realdealmillie_ - upon being tested to be a PPD, she passed and she was “phenomenal” - she started some agitation work this past week and her genetics 🧬 are showing out. - I am a proud mamí of a badass puppy every dog deserves, @realdealdogtrainingstephanie @_real_deal_dog_training_ , thank you! phase one of a life time, check.

🌷 class is in session for this fifth grader.

moments in class from learning that in ballet the bars aren’t for hanging like gymnastics.. to dancing with her wand and tiara.. and requesting that every song played be moana… to refocusing and joining her big sister at the bar… to showing off her high releve… and lastly to running out four times in the last nine minutes of class to let daddy know “dada i dancing.”

🩰 in tutus at two avi baby + yorba linda academy of ballet her first ballet class. thank you @_ylab_ she was so excited to dance. and thank you @ocdancewear for fitting her very first pair of ballet slippers… they really were a perfect fit.
