As a DJ, Ahmet Altinbas is known for crafting captivating journeys that explore the common threads and connective tissue between his carefully-selected cuts. Through his mixes, his curated parties at Fuse, and his dense touring schedule through many of Europe’s club capitals, he’s become known for a sound built on layered beats and rapidly shifting dynamics, where even familiar tracks feel fresh in the fabric of his sonic narratives. Over the years of perfecting his producing skills, he’s developed a densely-layered style built on sculpted sound design and impactful grooves that have been reverberating across the international dance scene. Renowned for the level of craftsmanship in his productions, Altinbas’ works have found a home on labels like Token Records, SK11 and Non Series. On his own imprint, Observer Station, he pushes his output even further, using the label to explore both the emotional content of his music & the methods he uses to release it without constraints. While home to some of further-reaching tracks, Observer Station keeps its focus firmly on dancefloor functionality, making its releases primed for unique, overwhelming moments in the club. On March 20th, DEN/TEC welcomes Drumcode’s Alex Stein for a warehouse party that will keep you dancing until the sun rises. On support, will be DEN/TEC founder Anais Sasha, and Denver’s Highline. Alex Stein stands out as an artist who brings force, emotion and precision together in a way that feels unmistakably his own. Born in São Paulo and raised in Germany, he later spent many years based in Berlin before moving his studio to Lisbon. This blend of Brazilian roots, German upbringing and Berlin influence has shaped a sound that carries weight on the dance floor while keeping a strong melodic and atmospheric core. His rise began with influential releases on Terminal M and Filth On Acid, followed by a run of powerful EPs such as the Headrush EP, The Phoenix EP and massive recent releases on Drumcode and Factory 93, placing him among the names that continue to push modern techno forward. His vision has reached new ground through remixes for Dusty Kid and Oliver Huntemann. Alex’s presence behind the decks has made him a familiar force on major stages across the world. His sets combine tension, release and a sense of storytelling that resonates with crowds. On January 17, IYKYK x Denver Techno summon Paris-born DJ/producer U.R.Trax to the Mile High afters: a mind-bent blend of trippy techno, cold electro and backroom dark trance from the founder of ultra rare, blurring club energy and sound design. Along with some local favorites Gano plus a B2B debut from Juggster and Unmute u.r.trax work blurs the line between club culture and sound design, exploring the tension between chaos, fun and beauty. Her DJ sets are unpredictable journeys where pleasure, spirit, and instinct meet — a living exchange between sound, space, and bodies. Moving freely across genres and energies, she curates music that feels both futuristic and timeless, constantly seeking surprise and emotional depth. As a producer, her releases on Nina Kraviz’s trip (2022) and her compositions for Coperni (2023-2025) reveal a singular sonic identity, balancing intensity and grace.
