Meet our new ASL interpreting inter, Siuho Gong!
Siuho is a recent graduate from Saint Paul College's interpreter training program. She grew up in California and moved to Minnesota for an audiology program but realized that her passion lies in facilitating languages and hasn't looked back. She loves being involved in the community, dancing, and doing calligraphy.

The Dendros Group is partnering with the State of Minnesota's Olmstead Implementation Office to update the Olmstead Plan, ensuring people with disabilities can live, learn, work, and thrive in inclusive communities.
We’re looking for 17-23 Inclusion Consultants to lead this important work. Dendros will provide training and support to help you succeed. Leadership by people with disabilities is key to the success of this project.

We’re thrilled to welcome Maya Larson as our new Project Manager/Administrative Team Lead at Dendros Group!
Maya brings expertise in organization, communication, and a deep passion for disability rights, striving for a world where disabled people have the resources and support to live their best lives. Maya identifies as DeafBlind and is conversational in ASL and French. Her impressive background includes roles at the Minnesota Commission of the Deaf, DeafBlind & Hard of Hearing, and advocacy work with disability and community health nonprofits.
Maya is also a trustee for the Minnesota DeafBlind Association and serves on key state committees. When she’s not working, she enjoys writing, reading, lifting weights, and walking with her guide dog.

Check out this puppet show that is showing at the Open Eye Theatere November 14-16. We are proud to share that one of our associates, Lys Akerman-Frank, will be performing. There will be an ASL interpreted show on their November 14 performance.
We are excited to support the Minnesota Commission of the Deaf, DeafBlind & Hard of Hearing as they host an in-person "Get Registered to Vote" event at our Dendros Office on September 17—National Voters Registration Day!
Commission representatives will be on hand to provide essential voting resources, such as finding your polling station and accessing your sample ballot.
Intended Audience:
This event is for all community members who are eligible to vote! Whether you need to update your voter registration, haven't registered yet, or are unsure if you're registered, we encourage you to join.
Partner organizations are also welcome to attend to gather tools and resources to help mobilize voting within their communities.
