Embracing the character of the existing warehouse, the space blends natural wood, encaustic tile, rattan, steel, and stone with preserved original elements like salvaged tile and wood ceilings.

Inspired by the surrounding Parkside neighborhood and nearby baseball stadium, an exterior service window activates the streetscape on game days, while natural light, cacti, and succulents soften the industrial interior with a rustic yet contemporary feel.
