In our first creative collaboration we brought together livecoded music and realtime @touchdesigner visuals into one shared narrative. Together we created a high energy, genre-blending audiovisual experience that you can move to.
On the journey of following our creative spark something new emerged that neither of us could have done alone. Now we’re ready to bring this energy to more stages!
Big thanks to the @v2_unstable residency for giving us the time and space to create this set and to perform it as part of the “Mirage” concert.

Last Thursday, the Rotterdam Live Coders @n1k1l1a and @den_ree joined us in the @operator.radio studio to talk about their upcoming contribution to V2_Live.
The second edition, Mirage, looks at the shifting dialogue between bodies, machines, and data, merging live-coded sound and vision into a space where perception bends.
This Friday at V2, Mirage becomes an audiovisual performance where humans step inside the algorithm. Gestures and voices feed the system and return transformed, creating a play between intimacy, distance, and technological control.

On 21/11 we have the second edition of V2_ Live: Mirage, an audiovisual performance where people interact with live-coded music and visuals.
Rotterdam Live Coders create sound and visuals in real time, using movement, gestures, and words from the performers and the audience. Everything that happens influences the system, which then transforms it into sound and image.
Mirage combines music, noise, and visuals to create an immersive experience. Hybrid instruments mix with ambient sounds, electronic beats collide with digital effects, and visuals fill the space, creating a constantly changing performance.
