Her job is to be the overseer and director of the Fatui's 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 (collecting info/data). This division, "Theatrum Mortalium", of the Fatui's military includes agent-work, spying, surveillance, and political ties. The soldiers in the Theatrum Mortalium weaponize intelligence, psychological strategies, communication & silent assassinations. With this, her closest work ties within the organization lay with The Knave & The Doctor, both whom she finds efficient to work with in a transactional relationship. Ironically enough, she takes effort to avoid The Jester – Her grandfather – in whatever opportunity that she can. Brighella’s tactics of manipulation include mainly emotional manipulation, she's notably deceptive– Using 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 appearance to her advantage. On the outside he presents himself to be 𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭, cheerful, and even naive. He sets a false hope in people, allowing them to 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 her. But that's only because he expects to have something in return. She manipulates people that are at their lowest in finding comfort in only her, having them 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 to her. The subordinates under the harbingers know no comfort after joining the Fatui. She takes this opportunity to present himself as solace to his very own soldiers with extreme 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 and 𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲; instilling a comforting relationship for every successful result they give her— 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 them to be addicted to his, and only his praise. This way, they will continue to show the best results in hopes of finding that satisfaction once more.
