Free Swim for Motherâs Day at Delphy Pool

Weâre opening up a free swim session on Saturday 14th (12â3pm) so you can come, dip, reset, and still enjoy your Sunday with family.
If you fancy something a little extra, our WildSpa sessions are open to book
Hot tubs, sauna, cold water, the full reset.
And if the full hour feels like a bit much, you can now book a 30 minute hot tub session instead. Just enough time to warm through and switch off.

Turns out I never properly introduced our beautiful new wellness studio at Delphy because I was apparently waiting for the perfect Instagram shot⌠and this very much is not it đ
So before I overthink it for another three months, here she is. Our soft little sanctuary space on the edge of the moor for breathwork, yoga, soundbaths and slowing down for a while.
We also have a beautiful new offering coming soon focused on therapeutic me time for mothers because sometimes you need somewhere to simply be held, breathe and refill your own cup for once đ

This weekend at Delphy
Typical up and down Cornish weather in all its glory and weâve got plenty happening across the wild spa all weekend long.
Friday afternoon kicks things off with spa sessions running throughout the day.
Saturday morning join us for our Dawn Chorus Soundbath and Wild Spa session
Three hours of indulgence including soundbath meditation, sauna, hot tubs and cold water therapy.
This session is currently on offer until Friday, see our other post for the booking link.
Sunday we slow things down with a relaxed lunchtime wild spa session and a free herbal tea included.
Freediving coaching levels 1 to 2 also available for club members throughout the weekend.

Letâs hear it for this Mondayâs Delphy dive squad
Honestly we cannot wait to spend the summer with all of you. Not just those who made it down last night but the whole wider Delphy community too.
Weâve built such a beautiful group of water people here. Different ages, different backgrounds, different experience levels but all connected by the same love for the water, adventure and slowing life down a little.
Watching friendships form, confidence grow and people fall in love with the ocean all over again is probably our favourite part of all this.
Summer is going to be a good one
Monster lobsters exist! We caught this lobster whilst teaching spearfishing/foarging course yesterday,
and this isnât even the big one that we bumped into the other day, four students witnessed a seal follow me into a cave system and usher me out. To which I back peddled and reached for the duck tape!!!
Itâs probably 80 odd years old and went back safely!!! It measured around 180mm mark. One was caught a few weeks ago measuring around 172 so guess this makes this makes a new Uk record caught by handâŚ
