The easiest crowd-pleasing dessert you’ll want to make all summer 🥭
One of my all-time favorite Asian desserts, Mango Sago and it’s as simple as it gets. I used @delmonte Chilled Mango Chunks and it came out so good! 🥹
Minimal effort, maximum impression, the only kind of hosting I believe in 🙏🏼
Full recipe below, save this for your next dinner party 🔖
1 cup of sago tapioca pearls
1 can of coconut milk
1 can of evaporated milk
Condensed milk (sweeten to taste)
4 Del Monte mango chunks fruit cups
Fill a medium-size pot with water and bring to a boil.
Reduce to medium heat, add tapioca pearls, and boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally so the sago doesn’t stick together.
Turn off the heat, cover and rest for 10-15 minutes on the heat source, until the pearls are fully translucent.
Strain the tapioca with a fine mesh sieve. Rinse off the excess starch with cold running water. Then strain again and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Add the coconut milk and evaporated milk to the tapioca and mix until fully combined. (If the coconut milk was chilled, stir it first to recombine the fat and liquid, breaking up any solid pieces before adding it to the tapioca).
For the mango purée, one Del Monte mango chunks fruit cup with the liquid and 2 strained fruit cups into a blender. Then blend until smooth and set aside.
Divide the mango purée mixture into dessert bowls or glasses. Then divide and pour the coconut sago mixture over the mango mixture.
Next, top off with Del Monte cubed mangos chunks and enjoy cold! (Alternatively, you can also mix everything in a large bowl and serve).

This citrus ceviche did not last long 😅🍊
I wanted something fresh and easy so I used Del Monte grapefruit cups to cut down on prep and it made this come together so fast. Just drain and toss it in 🙌🏼
So good with chips, on tacos, or honestly straight out of the bowl.
What I used:
• 2 oranges, peeled + chopped
• 2 cups Del Monte grapefruit cups (drained)
• 2 avocados, diced
• 1/2 cup red onion
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1/2 cup cilantro
• 1/4 tsp salt
Mix everything together and serve chilled ✨
Perfect for spring hosting, BBQs, or just something quick to throw together and using Del Monte fruit cups makes it so much easier.
