Blue my ‘66 F250
I originally got Blue out of its original estate in 2019 as a 2wd. Since then it has had a new chassis built & a 7.3L @fordperformance Godzilla/ 10r140 swap done. It’s riding on the factory 16” steelies wrapped in 9:00x16 SuperLugs.

A video from @gasmonkeygarage popped up on my Facebook today. Makes me think back on what a big job this build was. I really look forward to doing this kind of stuff again in the future. For now I gotta keep grinding getting my new forever home built out so the fun can continue!

My Pops sold his dentside as most of you know. The new owner wasted no time upgrading it. Once the sale was finalized parts started showing up here to the shop. We set him up with a Ford performance Godzilla and 10r80. A few small mods were made including a truck Norris cam and holley front runner. Cody @stang_hi handled the tuning to get this thing an absolute effortless blast to drive. To add that extra bit of comfort we changed out the 9.00 16s for a set of 35 Toyo mts and added a hydratech hydro boost set up. I was honored to do this swap for the owner given the history I have with this truck.

ISO a clean, non rusty, patina ok, truck preferably 66 because I need inner fenders as well.. Needs to be original red! If you just have the front end even better!!

Cool old school racer cheat trick I thought I'd share. When working with cast metals a needle gun can be used to mask metal work. Everything cast iron that is sent to powder coat on our builds gets welded, dressed, sanded and needle gunned. This works great when cleaning up diffs from chain or rock damage or even steering components that have been beat with a hammer during tire rods work. In these particular pics I shaved the abs provision from the top of this Econoline full float 60.
