Been trying to expand my musical knowledge/creativity and so I finally began the journey of learning the piano. For the longest time, I put the idea in my head that this was too complicated to learn and I couldn’t ever learn it. But of course life has a funny way of doing its thing. So, this wonderful woman who used to be my barber when I was lk 10-16 was fixing/cleaning her late fathers house to be sold, and this piano had been a part of their family since 1985. Bless her kind soul, she gave it to us for free. I have a long long road ahead of me with this instrument, but I have been able to learn chords and translate it to the guitar to be able to learn a few songs.
I don’t aim for it to sound perfect anymore. But I know if I stick with it, I might just start to sound like myself.
