2025 has been a busy year for Nneka Irobunda ( @delacyn ) so far!
You might recognize her from the various viral dance videos in 2018 - 2019, performing a style she coined “Afrobeastilettos”, or from the halftime shows by the @knickscitydancers held at @thegarden or even dancing behind artists such as Tyla, Lenny Kravitz, Cardi B, Lizzo and more.
Nneka is now stepping into the role of a full time Choreographer and she has her sights set on Africa. So far, she has snagged her spot on two major tours this year, Davido’s #5iveTour and Rema’s North American/European leg of the #HeisTour .
Her work so far, is aiding in the shaping of Afro dance(rs) role in live performances and the value it brings. She’s definitely a talent to keep an eye on. #TRYBENews
