Hiked Mount Acatenango !! The worst parts are now my favourite memories:
1. Seeing Fred man down with mild altitude sickness
2. Getting no sleep because it was so fucking cold at base camp
3. Waking up at 4am to summit for sunrise only for it to be so windy that I couldn’t open my eyes & the guides had to anchor us down so we didn’t blow off the top
4. Learning about all Guatemalas venomous snakes at the exact moment we were hiking through the jungle bit
5. Having the 65 year old guide hook arms with me and drag me down the mountain bc I couldn’t do it anymore <3
6. A Swiss man asking Laura if she was oppressed at home
A week in Holbox:
1. My 💖 !!
2. After work routine of Topo Chico palomas + sunset swims
3. Laundry at the cobalt blue laundry spot only
4. The hot sauce shelf of dreams
5. No cars on the island
6 & 7. Empanadas for lunch
8 & 9. The dreamiest sunset right before we saw bioluminescence & I had a stress crash out and had to go home early <3
