LUNA Talk 1: I or AI?
🇬🇧 AI has become an integral part of the processes and systems of our society. Tools such as ChatGPT, DALL-E and Midjourney are becoming widely accessible and are now increasingly familiar to users. This technological shift has had a major influence on the creation and reception of art. To what extent do these creations retain a human component? Can these creations still be considered art made by humans, or do they represent something fundamentally new?
Floris de Jonge, lecturer and researcher of Fine Arts and Design at NHL Stenden, will discuss how the use of AI can be used to support the creative process and the importance of the human dimension. Chloe Snoeks, cultural strategist whose work spans future foresight, digital ethics, and human-data analytics, will examine how human agency and interpretation hide behind AI processes.

Chloe Snoeks, cultuurstrateeg op het gebied van toekomstverkenning, digitale ethiek en human-data analytics, onderzoekt hoe menselijke interpretatie en handelen vaak verborgen liggen achter AI-processen.
