She’s been part of the Kin family for the past three years — the kind of Partner Lead who keeps projects moving, people calm, and timelines tight. She leads with care, precision, and a sixth sense for getting sh*t done. From Delta Air Lines to YouTube to Hinge, Deja has been the glue behind some of our most complex, impactful work.
Outside of Kin, she’s recently taken on her biggest renovation project yet — becoming the proud owner of a building in DC (yes, she’s literally building dreams). And when she’s not leading a team or leveling a wall, she’s somewhere on a plane, chasing another stamp in a passport that’s running out of pages.
