Back in California, visiting clients old and new. Lots of diverse projects that we’re lucky to be involved with - from the future of energy, to frontier AI labs, to electric mobility and storage. And of course, we always find time to appreciate the beautiful outdoors, as well as a special visit to the Eames Archive.

Default has partnered with @herbst_produkt over the last few years driving visualisation and CGI visuals for the esteemed Santa Cruz design team, creating clean studio imagery to full contextual environment builds.

The Wild remote, designed for self-propelled electric trailer start-up Wild. The remote houses a simple, intuitive control pad within a utility driven form.

Two years in the making, we’re really excited to announce our industrial design practice, Default Office.
Through incredible clients, projects that pushed us into exciting new spaces, and the dedication of our small team, it’s grown into something we’re really proud to share. Our projects have spanned clean energy to lighting, kitchenware to wildfire prevention.
