News, music, and a gig of songs. I rarely post on instagram so it seems silly to do something so timely. I threw in a few other bits for good measure. @charliedelahuntymusic and I will be playing a daytime gig in @maureenscork on Saturday May 23rd. I'm very much looking forward to it. Poster by @loucoffee I got to play a few gigs last month supporting @bigsleepmusic on their album tour which was a lovely time, so I'm well rehearsed. I have no digital evidence that it happened. I also released a song today, all your jokes, produced with @cleancutkidmusic , which is a single off an album that'll be out later in the year. Also today @katie_archer__ and @ruarimusic released music which I am very thankful to have played a minor role in. I also today put out an album of demos, a meeting of ends, on Bandcamp as part of a wider collection with @important.audio . It's on my Bandcamp page which should be in my instagram bio.

I released an album "a day well spent", call it a debut if you want. Thanks to everyone for listening so far, it's been very nice. There will be shows to follow for sure, I don't know when, where, or how yet but I'll look into that. Thanks so much to everyone who helped out getting things to this point, I'm sure it was a confusing enough process listening to me, Conor, Mike, Evelyn, Bea, Katie, and Perry in particular are willing participants in the sounds you can hear on it (I won't name the various unwilling participants just yet). Matt, Colm, and Jordan for their photography. There'll be more info on the Bandcamp page at some point for anyone who's interested. When they said there was a "bag of ducks" I legit thought for a second there was a sack of live ducks. I was equally relieved, disappointed, and baffled when I saw the ducks. Anyway, I've a gig with @matthewxaviercorrigan on the 25th in plugd records, you should go. The more you cheer the faster we play, a good crowd could finish the set in about five minutes. Also, there's a new open mic in Fred's (I think on Tuesday nights) you should go play a song you wrote that nobody's ever heard and have a cathartic cry afterwards.

Eddie Murphy being in the news cycle again has reminded me of the masterpiece that is Meet Dave. I consider it the true ending to the Terminator series. Also I played keys for some cool people recently and in a variety of interesting places.
