I gained hella weight during Covid, i couldnāt fit any of my clothes and was starting to go back to wearing sweat pants all the time. Last summer I got laid off from my job, so I for filed for unemployment and i was just home all day. I had to make a decision on what to do with my life. I refused to be fat, broke and unemployed. So I locked in and took my mental and physical health more seriously and started going to the gym. 7 months later, Iām 35lb pounds lighter and back into slim fit jeans again! I can actually fit all the clothes in my closet now. Iām starting to get āI havenāt heard from you in awhileā text messages. Wait until these abs come in. ššæššæ
