but on a more serious note, it sucks that we don’t have this in the Philippines. convenience, comfort, choices—these aren’t luxuries, they’re the bare minimum.
more and more Filipinos are leaving the country and (unless you’re a celebrity turned politician) their reasons are 100% valid. we should grab every opportunity there is for a better life and never take it for granted.
maybe one day we’ll see past the rose-colored lenses and stop making excuses for one another because we deserve better.
