WOW. Just wow. The energy, the women, the stories — the whole day left me feeling so inspired. 💕
It truly made me reflect on the work I’m doing around women’s health and advocacy.🤓
It reminded me of the reason I keep showing up and speaking out about women’s health issues. It matters even if it helps just one woman feel less alone. 💕
I started experiencing symptoms in my early 30s — and like many others, I was dismissed, overlooked, told I was “too young.” Even as a healthcare provider, fully advocating for myself at every step, I was dismissed and ignored for years. Turns out perimenopause really can start that early. And management/care should start early too.
Healthcare is a basic human right. Women deserve answers, support, and respect at every age and stage.
SI celebrates bold, evolving women — and being part of that energy this weekend only deepens my commitment to changing the narrative around women’s health.
We’re not being dramatic. We’re being honest. And we’re not done. Not even close. 💫

At the intersection of art and fashion, you’ll find this wearable Stained Glass sculpture design from Liam Brandon Murray.
It was perhaps the most unique and artistic look I’ve worn so far. The different pieces, the light up components, even the shoes. A true masterpiece and my most unique look so far.
