On May 30th, the DRIVE series returns with the unofficial destination for the Project Glow crowd. Propelled by ArpTen and Deep Tech, Night Drive takes over Chinatown at 618 H St NW for a two-room exploration of progressive house and melodic techno.
The Main Room Navigator: We welcome a master of sonic storytelling, Nhii, for a special live performance. Just like a night ride needs a perfect navigator, Nhii guides us through a masterclass in organic textures and driving rhythms.
Joining the main room to keep the drive in high gear are the sounds of Philadelphia’s own Maddalena, and DC’s local favorites, Annya and OZZYSILVA. The perfect blend of regional talent to ensure the energy stays focused until the early hours.
Upstairs on the Terrace: Ready for a change of scenery? The drive continues upstairs on the terrace for an open-air atmosphere featuring shifting frequencies from Conscious Contact, Oddson, and Pedestrians.
Shift gears with us. Interface with the sound. The next drive is yours.

Meet the newest member of the @pooshrecords family, @axl.mm18 !
AxL (US) is a young, Toronto/DC based house music producer and DJ. Over the past year, he’s released on respected labels and secured multiple Beatport chart placements, with his latest EP on Poosh currently at #10 and climbing.
Wanna see what the (well deserved) hype is about? Well, you're in luck, because he'll be popping up at Vagabond this Saturday night! Join @its_nodef and @adyylove in giving him a warm DC welcome from 9pm-close.
Free entry. RSVP link in bio 🔗

Cassia is a DC based DJ and producer with Peruvian roots, he has been a key part of the Deep Tech DC movement since 2023 as a dj resident, while also working behind the scenes across bookings, marketing, and party curation. From collaborating with House Hats to launching his own concept @firstbatchdc this Saturday, his footprint in the city keeps growing.
In this phase, he’s brought names (some first timers to the city) like DeMarzo, Dennis Quin, Vitess, DJ Steaw and more, while sharing decks with artists such as Prunk, M-high, Ben Sterling, Mark Knight, Jimpster, Frank Roger and more.
On the production side, his sound has landed on respected labels like Rawsome Deep, Whoyostro, Front Left Recordings, Moiss, lisztomania, and Eavesdrop.
We’re proud to have our resident Cassia setting the tone this Saturday, opening the night for Paris bred @politics_of_dancing from 11 PM to 1 AM. If you haven’t caught him yet, this is the one ☝️
SPCL.K and Sahara Club is not a random pairing. The first time they went back to back was last year at Bunker on a House Hats takeover, supporting Dennis Quinn, and the photos from that night say enough on their own. That kind of natural exchange is exactly what you’re seeing come back full circle here.
This time they take over downstairs with an extended set from 11 to 2:30, setting a deeper, steady tone for the night.
SPCL.K, Detroit born and now a DC regular, links back up with Sahara Club, the Tunisian born brothers based in Washington DC, known for digging heavy and moving between sounds with a very instinctive touch behind the decks.
While their background pulls from a wide spectrum, this saturday is very much about that minimal, deep, rolling direction. No overthinking it, just two selectors who know how to read a room and stretch a moment out properly
Tickets are available in the link in bio, tier 1 is gone, what are you really waiting for tho? See you on the dance floor 💥
We’re proud to bring a true pioneer in shaping today’s house sound

They’ll be taking over the terrace for a proper night, joined by local favorites Bad Reputations, our resident Cassia, and Philly’s Chase Wilson on support
Downstairs we keep it deeper with SPCL.K and Sahara Club going extended

As our Deep Tech family has grown over the years, we have been quite lucky to gain some pretty dope sisters— Vynx, Rah, and Adyy. They bring massive amounts of talent, vision, drive and creativity to the team, and it can't hurt having more than one diva around. (Sorry @spclkmusic !)
They don't just read the room, they build it with their exceptional taste and crowd intuition. Whether it's opening club level at Flash, direct supporting Splashy rooftops, or bringing headliner energy with their Sister in Sound at Bette, they bring it all and leave it at the decks.
Women are so much more than "booth decorations", and although we can't demand that respect for every single one, we definitely can —and will— for our DTDC sisters.
And with that, help us celebrate them this (and every) month. 💃🏾
