You donât have to choose the hardest path to grow.
As women, weâre often taught to push harder, do more, and prove our strengthâ
even when our bodies are asking for something different.
Wild Resilience Retreats offer another way.
These are guided, womenâs backpacking experiences designed for deep mental, emotional, and spiritual workâ
not survival skills, not performance.
Just real, supported growth in nature.
đż Foundations (Beginner)
đĽ Expansion (Intermediate)
âď¸ Misogi (Advanced)
Each experience meets you where you areâphysically, mentally, and emotionally.

The outdoors is powerful â but it deserves preparation.
Letting your wife go grocery shopping alone is NOT giving her a break.
Women are juggling so muchâwork, caregiving, household managementâand often feel guilty for wanting time to themselves. This oneâs for every woman who's tired of carrying it all.
And a reminder for partners: it's time to see the full picture.

Tent Talk
Sometimes growth begins with choosing the thing that scares you a little⌠or maybe a little more than a little. Thatâs exactly why I chose the Art Loeb Trail. Not because I felt fully ready. Not because it felt easy. But because it stretched my edges and challenged the stories about what I could and couldnât do.
Physical challenges in nature have a way of becoming emotional and mental breakthroughs. Every steep climb, uncomfortable moment, tired step, and uncertain mile becomes an opportunity to build resilience, confidence, trust, and self-belief.
We learn that discomfort is not danger. We learn that we are capable. We learn we can do hard things. The trail has a beautiful way of revealing the strength we didnât know we had.
If this speaks to you â if thereâs a part of you craving growth, challenge, healing, or expansion â consider joining one of our upcoming retreats or a custom retreat. Sometimes the thing that changes us most begins with saying yes to something that scares us just enough.

Carry a bag of groceries up three flights of stairs without stopping.
Get off the floor without grabbing the wall.
Hoist your kid onto your shoulders like it's nothing.
These aren't gym goals. They're life goals.
Carry. Squat. Push. Hinge.
Four movements that show up everywhere â in the boardroom, on the trail, in the moments that test what you're actually made of.
Functional strength isn't about looking a certain way. It's about moving through the world with confidence and not asking for help when you don't want to.
For women stepping into adventure, leadership, and resilience â this is the training that transfers.
Not just to the mirror. To the mountain. To the meeting room. To the moments that matter.
This week: add one loaded carry or squat variation to your training. Feel the difference.
Train for the life you actually want to live. đŞđď¸đĽâ¨

Honoring Women â In All Their Forms
Today isnât just about motherhood.
Itâs about women â all women.
The ones who are mothers.
The ones who long to be.
The ones who chose a different path.
The ones who are healing, rebuilding, discovering who they are.
Itâs about the women who show up.
Who carry heavy things â seen and unseen.
Who keep going.
Who support others, often while learning to support themselves.
Itâs about the quiet strength.
The resilience.
The courage to grow, to change, to begin again.
To the women doing the deep, hard, beautiful work of becoming â
I see you. I honor you. đ¤
Today, and every day.

Jessica officially earned her trail name this weekendâŚ
âThe Wizard.â đŞ
And it fits.
From her wizardâs staff (yes, she had one đ) to her curiosity, openness, and love for learning â she brought incredible energy to the trail.
A wizardâs staff represents both authority and power⌠a conductor of energy, intention, and transformation.
And thatâs exactly what she stepped into.
This was her first-ever backpacking experience â and she showed up with curiosity, courage, and a willingness to learn every step of the way.
Watching that kind of growth unfold in real time?
Thatâs why I do this work.
Honored to have you out there with us, Wizard.

I wanted a challenge. I got it. 34ish miles, 11k-ish elevation gain and loss... 3 days, epic views, epic Camping spots.
Heavy ass water carries. Carried 6 liters first two days, because water was sparse. Bear bin required in Shining Rock.
Rich asked why I picked this trail, I said..because it made me a little scared.
Its was hard, did 20 miles on day 3.
Did I curse alot going up hill with 40 pounds.. yep.. I did.. did I ask myself why I was doing it... yep...
Be scared, push through, do the damn thing! Do it before you can't fo it anymore. Life is short people. Do the THING.

Your nervous system remembers every relationship.
The ones where you had to shrink yourself. Stay guarded. Brace for impact.
But it also remembers the ones where you could finally exhale. đ
Science backs what you already feel in your body â safe, consistent connection literally rewires how we respond to stress. When someone truly sees you, your capacity to heal and recover quietly expands.
You weren't built for isolation. You weren't designed to white-knuckle your way through hard seasons alone.
Community isn't a luxury. It's how humans were always meant to survive. đą
The people who ground you â who make you feel less alone in the noise â they're not just good company. They're part of your recovery.
Think of one person who makes you feel safe. đ¤
Reach out today. Not tomorrow. Today.
That text, that call, that coffee â it matters more than you know.
