💙Welcome to the Family House. A classic colonial designed for a young family, we added some fresh, modern touches through clean lines punctuated by dark and light details. An expansive front porch is crowned with a stained ceiling and a barrel entry, creating a rich contrast with the white columns, rail, and trim. The house is comfortably nestled on the sloped lot, which created an opportunity to walk out from the main floor and lower level through integrated stepped landscape walls.

Thoughtfully curated shelving transforms this seating nook into a moment of architectural interest, where layered textures, warm wood tones, and collected objects tell a personal story. The design theme throughout the home centers on a simple palette of black, white, and matte rift-cut white oak, creating a modern industrial vibe. Metal and concrete accents are thoughtfully integrated, adding texture and depth to the space.
