I just burried the second puppy in a week… and honestly I don’t even know what to feel anymore.
It just feels like there’s no compassion left in this world. Like people have just stopped caring. And the saddest part is… animals, especially dogs, they still love us in the purest way possible. No conditions, no expectations… just love.
God gave us emotions for a reason right? To feel, to love, to care… but what are we even doing with it now?
A tiny 20 days old puppy… so small, so helpless… someone hit it and just ran away. Didn’t stop. Didn’t even look back. I keep thinking about that moment again and again… it just breaks something inside.
If it was a human child… would it be the same? I don’t think so. People would have stopped, helped, reacted… then why this difference? why is their life less important?
Pain is pain… fear is fear… life is life.
I feel so helpless rn. Just really really sad. Not just because of what happened… but because of what we’re becoming as people. How easy it is to ignore, to move on like nothing happened.
But still… somewhere I hope there are people who care. Who feel. Who would stop.
Those puppies mattered… they really did. And they deserved better… so much better.
I just wish we become a little kinder… bas thoda sa.
One day. One screen. Unlimited learning.
