Sandeep Bhaiya ki Aarthik Stithi Kyun Thik Nahi Hai? Jaaniye unki backstory from the writer director of Aspirants @deepesh_sj in conversation with @hiarunk1
Best wishes to the entire team of Aspirants ❤️. Both on-screen and off-screen, everyone has played their role brilliantly🙌🌻
Whatever I write will always fall short of the love you are receiving from everyone today. I find myself speechless, not really knowing how to put my feelings into words. But I just want to say this—you truly love what you do, and you give it your whole heart.
All the love coming your way is not by chance, it is the result of years of quiet hard work, dedication, and passion. I have seen it up close, and I couldn’t be prouder.
You are incredible in every role you play—not just on screen, but in life. A wonderful son, a caring brother, a supportive brother-in-law, an amazing partner, and the most loving father.
May you continue to touch hearts and inspire people with your talent and sincerity. I’m always cheering for you, today and every day♾️. Lots of love ❤️.
Thank You God🌻🙏. Har Har Mahadev 🔱🙏

Really thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all of you for giving so much love to Aspirants S3. Just like S3, you have shown so much love to every season of Aspirants and have stayed connected with us. Its extremely difficult to express this in words, but really grateful to all of you.
The journey of Aspirants began during the difficult times of COVID. That was a challenging period for everyone. Everyone faced mental, physical, and financial impacts. TVF was also affected by it. Like everyone else, TVF’s pace also slowed down. TVF needed to be revived.
And then Arunabh Kumar Sir came forward and took charge. One day dearest Deepak Mishra (renowned director of Panchayat) called me - “Deepesh, hum phir se khade honge, shuruat dheere se karenge. Hum pahle 5-6 show banayenge, ismein ek script (Aspirants) teri bhi hai. Ab inhi shows ke saath aage ka rasta taya karenge.” And Arunabh sir had taken command. I got to know that Arunabh sir had selected 5-6 scripts, as Deepak Mishra Ji had mentioned. Most of these were next seasons of our old shows, which was actually a wise decision. And he chose and showed faith in Aspirants, which if I remember correctly, was the only new show in this lot.
During the first season, besides COVID, many other difficulties came. One of them was my health. About a week before shooting was to begin, I had a serious health problem. It was a difficult time for me, but Arunabh came forward again and stood by me. I can never forget his support during this difficult moment. It’s personal for me. I will always be grateful to him.
And a special thanks & love to my co-writers, @swamiontherocks@anurag0494 and my buddies— Naveen, Sunny, Shivankit, Abhilash, Namita, Tengam, Jatin, Joy and whole cast. You all are beyond expectations.
Also our team and my strength. Want to write a lot about them, but constrained by the word limit of this post. But definitely next time. This would not have been possible without them.
