About the Role:
Boing Recording Studio is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily studio operations. This client-facing role requires strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Studio Manager with scheduling and managing recording session bookings.
- Oversee staff attendance, schedules, and leaves.
- Ensure studio upkeep and facility maintenance.
- Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and operational details.
Requirements
- Graduate with strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and basic office tools.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
- Prior experience in a studio, production house, or client-facing role is a plus.
