Meet the Chef behind the Subs!
This is Chef Andy Todd, owner of Deep End Subs, that started up in early 2024. He put in the work at award-winning spots like Odd Duck, Kitchen Sync, Allday Pizza, Sidewall Pizza, Saskatoon Lodge, Swamp Rabbit Café, and over a decade at Austin’s own Thundercloud Subs. He’s also a proud grad of Escoffier Culinary School, which just so happens to be right around the corner from the food truck!
The goal has always been the same: keep food great and affordable so EVERYONE has access to something fresh, delicious, and made with love. Deep End doesn’t take tips either, we just keep prices fair and put the value straight into the food. Just vibes, good food, and good people. ✌️
Outside the kitchen, Andy’s a family man through and through. Married 15 years to his wife, Kelcee, and a great Dad to two awesome boys — Ty & Olly (you’ll catch their names on the menu).
