Looking forward to being part of the Great Celebrity Read Off, at Old Parliament House tomorrow & reading my great fried Dr Chris Sarra’s book, “Dingoes are not Dog” - I’ve been practising with Hachi and Kibi and they love it! 😊😂
Another great IMP workshop, this time in nipaluna 2025 IMP’s final & So What Workshop…, “Done IMP, done TCS New York City Marathon, well so what?…what impact has it had on me, & what impact can I have on others???”
And so proud of them all, smashing Cadbury Hobart Marathon and Half Marathon, PB’s, commitment and achievements.👏🏼💪🏽🙌🏾❤️
Congrats Coach Jack Stevens, thx Charlie Maher & Grad IMP 2022 Grad Jam Graham-Blair…

Not often you get to relive some of the biggest and most important events, decisions, and moments in your life, but yesterday was one!
45 years after the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games (extra special as my first of four) the Australian 1980 Olympic Team was welcomed, recognised, & celebrated by the Prime Minister & the Government.
It was a bitter sweet experience with some Olympians having past away, others too ill to attend, and worst - some not attending after being vilified for competing…whilst Aust took no other action against the USSR, & continuing to trade.
The past is the past, and we must learn and never repeat mistakes of the past.
I loved the spirit of excellence, pride & friendship shared by my dear and fellow Olympians, and I thank the AOC, the Australian Government, and the small hard working team that made it happened.
It was important to do because it was the right thing to do.

Special to catch up with my dear Uncle Paul de Castella in hospital. Now 92yrs and our beautiful Mum, 93yrs. Life is special but finite, family is forever.
