I met these two in 2025, and from the moment Lex told me she’d seen me DJ and host @2nd_pch ’s fitness weekend right here in Long Beach, I knew this was going to be special.
Getting to sit with them at their celebration dinner and really hear their story was a true gift, and honestlyyyy…it’s my favorite part of the time I take with each and every one of my couples. To get to know who they really are and get a window in on their connection and love story.
Lex and Louis have literally watched each other grow up. They’ve shown up through the hard seasons, the ones that humble you, reshape you, the ones I call fertile soil, through their 20s and now into their 30s. Through college (CSUF x CSULB days) to grad school, to Louis’s doc program: these two are dedicated to elevating themselves as they elevate together.
After our dinner, I walked away thinking what they built isn’t luck. It’s a daily, intentional choice to respect, honor, and love each other. Every. Single. Day.
But can we talk about my favorite detail tho?

Coachella weekend 3 at @burnhauslagree 💪🏽✨ I had tons of fun rockin *five* 2026 Coachella-themed live dj sets for five back to back classes at Burnhaus Lagree in La Palma, aka the best lagree studio in town. Movement is my medicine, and so when I’m not DJing, I’m taking challenging boutique fitness classes or strength training at the gym.
Burnhaus is a Latina-owned studio filled with a whole lot of skill, love, and care for its community. Betty & her team are building something really special here. Thank you for welcoming me with open arms, excitement, and joy!
The community here is STRONG and the best part is that they care deeply about each other. So if your friend ever tells you they have class at Burnhaus, tell ‘em they’re a certified baddie.

I’ve been blessed to rock this stage two years in a row, and I honestly don’t take a single moment of this for granted.
Every year is special, but last year felt like a movie. I looked up and my village was there: my family, friends, past clients who turned into friends.I’m so thankful for every single one of them: time and energy are the most irreplacable currencies, and I feel lucky to have a village of loved ones who made time to show their love and support.
Healthcare Appreciation Night is one of my favorite events of the year. This night is all about acknowledging the dedication and impact of our healthcare heroes: the people who literally save lives every single day. Their impactful work deserves to be celebrated & honored. 🙌🏽
